Every one starts as bottle top lids collected through BRAD, our recycling program. We sort them by colour, shred them, press them into a solid slab, then cut and finish each opener by hand in our Sydney workshop.
The marbling you can see is the plastic itself. Nothing is painted, dyed or coated. Because each batch is pressed from whatever lids came in that week, no two openers look the same. Same shape, same feel, different face.
Choose your colour
Deep Blue is bright blue with white marbling running through it.
Midnight Black is black with white and grey flecks.
Orbital is a unique mix of our offcuts, reshredded and pressed, a bit like looking down at a planet.
Add an engraving for $10
Up to 10 characters on the back. Letters, numbers and standard keyboard characters are all fine, so a name, a date or a nickname all work.
Order by Friday 28 August if you want it for Father's Day. After that date we can still engrave, but we cannot guarantee it arrives before 6 September. Engraved openers are made to order, so they cannot be returned.

Why bottle tops
Bottle tops are one of the many things your kerbside bin will not take. They are small, light and easy to miss on a sorting line, so most of them end up as landfill even when the bottle they came from gets recycled.
BRAD, the Banish Recycling and Diversion program, was built for exactly these awkward items. Thousands of Australians send them to us every month. We sort them, clean them, and give them somewhere useful to go. This opener is one of those places.
