Virtual Schools Program

The long-awaited and highly requested Banish Virtual Schools Program is here! Designed in collaboration with students and teachers from across Australia, our curriculum-aligned program empowers students to explore sustainability in a fun, accessible way.

96% of Australian parents believe it's important for their children to learn about the environment and sustainability at school. This is where our program comes in!

Curriculum-aligned. Sustainability-focused

It’s built to fit easily into your existing teaching plans, with dedicated modules for both: Junior Students (Years 3–6) and Senior Students (Years 7–10).

Each module covers a different sustainability theme, the first module being Oceans. Oceans cover over 70% of the Earth's surface and produce more than 50% of the oxygen we breathe- but they're under threat. We've designed curriculum-aligned content for junior and senior school that dives into the importance of our oceans, the impact of human behaviour, and how students can be part of the solution. Future modules will cover new sustainability topics, delivered each term.

Why you’ll love it:

  • Curriculum-aligned lesson plans and activities
  • Short, engaging video content hosted by sustainability experts
  • Interactive quizzes, polls, and student challenges
  • Teacher guides and downloadable resources
  • Accessible for all schools, whether remote, regional, or metro
  • Flexibility for teachers to suit the needs of their class, schedule, or curriculum focus
  • Unlimited access for all teachers across your school
  • New modules released every term!

“The Banish Virtual Schools Program is exactly what we need to empower young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead positive change. It’s practical, engaging, and genuinely student-centred — making it easier for educators to bring sustainability to life in the classroom.” -Zoe Robinson, NSW Advocate for Children and Young People

Sustainability-focused learning helps build future-ready skills like systems thinking, empathy, collaboration, and innovation. Ready to get started?
