Returns Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your products you may return them for an e-credit. To be eligible for a credit your products must match the following criteria:

  • You have purchased the item within the last 28 days
  • The product has been returned in its original condition including packaging and tags.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards

If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item please email us so that we can organise a replacement ASAP.

Please note that all return postage costs will be incurred by the customer.

Please allow 3 business days from receiving the return to be issued your store credit. Your store credit will have a 12-month expiry date and is redeemable online at
