Purpose

The purpose of Banish is to deliver a profit whilst having an overall positive impact on society and the environment. 

In undertaking business, Banish considers:  

  1.  the likely consequences of any decision or act in the long term; and 
  2. the interests of the Banish’s employees; and  
  3. the need to foster its business relationships with suppliers, customers  and others; and 
  4. the impact of its operations on the community and the environment; and  
  5. the desirability of Banish maintaining a reputation for high standards of business conduct; and  
  6. the ability of Banish to create an overall positive impact on society and the environment; and 

Banish however, need not give priority to a particular matter referred to above over any other matter, unless Banish has specifically otherwise stated it will do so.
