What's a BRAD label and how does it work?
A BRAD label is a pre-paid Australia Post label that covers postage and recycling of hard-to-recycle items. After purchase you get a form by email. Fill it in, download your label, stick it on a shoebox-sized parcel of recycling, and drop it at any red post box. Your bundle includes a 4kg BRAD label, worth $30 on its own.
Why are the pen and carabiner colours a lucky dip?
Both the pen and the carabiner are made from recycled bottle top lids, hand sorted at our Sydney workshop. The colours come straight from the original lids with no dyes added, so each batch looks slightly different. We send you whatever colours come off the press that week. It is part of the charm, and it means nothing goes to waste.
When will I get my Starter Pack?
We ship from Sydney within 1 to 3 business days. Most metro orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, regional and WA can take a little longer. Free shipping on orders over $99, so the Starter Pack qualifies.
Are the downloadable guides instantly accessible?

Absolutely. Even people who already kerbside recycle find the BRAD label opens up a whole new category of items, things like blister packs, toothpaste tubes, coffee pods, and pens, that the council bin cannot take. The guides will probably teach you a few new tricks too.
