How do I send my recycling to BRAD?
1. Simply purchase a BRAD Pre-Paid Label online, this includes postage and the cost of recycling your items. Once you have purchased a label you will receive an email with a form (if you have not received this email within 2 hours of purchasing please email info@banish.com.au).
2. When you're ready to send your box back, fill out the form that has been emailed to you and download your label. In the form, you will be asked to provide an Order Number which can be found on the order confirmation we sent right after processing the order.
3. Wack the label on your box and pop into a red Australia Post box or drop it at your local post office.
4. Your parcel gets picked up and you can track it all the way back to us. You will also instantly receive your BRAD voucher so no need to include a slip of paper inside the box.
Can I drop off my recycling?
You sure can! Our Sustainability Hub is at Sydney's Central station and you can drop off Tuesday to Friday from 9-5pm. A drop off is $10 per 2 kilo. Info here
