Frequently asked questions

How many people can participate?

We cater for groups from 10–25 people. (larger groups welcome — enquire for availability)

Does this count as paid volunteer leave?

Yes, many of our corporate clients book BRAD team building specifically to fulfil their paid volunteer leave commitments. We recommend confirming with your HR team, but this is a genuine community impact activity that aligns with most volunteer leave policies.

Can we customise the experience?

Absolutely. We can incorporate your brand, adjust the educator content to align with your sustainability commitments, or include a keynote component. Book a call with Lottie to discuss.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Popular dates (end of financial year, November National Recycling Week, December)but if you have a date in mind then book out early.

What if we have more than 25 people?

We love a big group. Get in touch and we’ll work out the best format for your team — whether that’s morning/afternoon sessions or a larger custom event.

Can we see an impact report from a previous session?

Yes, ask Lottie on your call and she’ll share an example so you know exactly what your team will receive.
