BRAD Custom Designs
made from what Australia throws away.
Custom trophies, signage and event pieces, designed with you and made in our Sydney workshop from recycled bottle top lids collected through BRAD, the Banish Recycling and Diversion Program.
Everything on this page started life as a bottle top lid. Lids are collected from households and workplaces across Australia, sorted by colour, then pressed into sheets and cut, shaped and engraved by hand. Because the colour comes from the lids themselves, no two pieces are ever quite the same.
Choose a palette and we blend the lids to match your brand or your event.
Trophies, plaques, signage, table numbers, tags, coasters, holders. If it can be cut from a sheet, we can make it.
Every piece comes with the story of where it came from, ready for you to share.
the king's trust australia awards

The King's Trust Australia shares our belief that doing things properly matters. For their annual awards we designed a ring-shaped trophy in the awards' red and yellow, each one on a contrasting base with an engraved plate for the winner's name.
The rings are pressed from red and yellow lids and the bases from blue and black, so the colour runs all the way through rather than sitting on the surface.

candlexchange

CandleXchange needed accents that would lift their events and stall without looking like everyone else's. We made them a matched set in a blue and white blend, all cut from the same sheets so the whole stall reads as one.

We wanted our set-up to feel considered from the first glance, and the Banish pieces did exactly that. Every piece tells a story and represents our sustainability mission. People kept picking things up to ask what they were made from!
Karen, co-founder, CandleXchangesweet chick

Sweet Chick wanted their fit-out to show their values, not just state them. We took their brief and built a full branded suite for the cafe in a pink and white blend, every piece pulled from bottle top lids.

We wanted Sweet Chick to walk the talk on sustainability, not just say it on the menu. Banish took our brief and turned it into a full branded suite, the table numbers, our open and closed signs, the toilet door signs, the displays, all pulled from bottle top lids. Every piece holds up to a busy service and every piece gives us a story to tell. Our customers ask about them constantly. Honestly, easiest decision we made for the fit-out.
