It's pretty in pink but don't let that fool you, the beetroot powder is a mighty fine source of folic acid and rich in nitrate, compounds that can improve blood flow and lower blood pressure. Cacao gives the chocolate hit you want but minus the sugar, it's also super high in antioxidants and magnesium. Mesquite has a sweet flavour but is also a great source of zinc-essential for a healthy immune system. Reishi has a huge variety of medicinal uses (yes, immunity included) and finally, Cinnamon not only to enhance flavour but also helps regulate blood sugar levels.
One heaped teaspoon, mostly hot water, top with milk option and honey to finish. You're welcome.
