DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Dispense 1 – 2 pumps at a time into hands. Massage into the skin making sure to stay present, keeping focused on the kindness you are showing yourself. Apply light pressure as you massage all over your body. Use daily after a shower on damp skin, day/night.
