The Marjoram (Spanish) Essential Oil is warm and strong with a herbaceous scent.
Uses and benefits of the Marjoram (Spanish) Essential Oil:
Skin & Hair: Helpful in dispersing bruises and in treating chilblains.
Body: Good muscle relaxant properties. Useful for rheumatic pains as well as sprains, strains, swollen joints, muscle pain and spasms. Soothes the digestive system and helps with cramps, indigestion, constipation and flatulence. Has a beneficial action on colds, sinusitis, bronchitis and asthma. Used for headaches, migraines and insomnia. Helps treat menstrual cramps.
Mind & Emotions: Calms emotions, relieves anxiety, stress and helps to calm hyperactive people.
Blends with: Black Pepper, Clary Sage, Ginger, Peppermint, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Lavender
Directions:
Vaporiser: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to your electric or tealight vaporiser. For tealight vaporisers, add 3/4 water to the top dish before adding your essential oils.
Massage: Add 6 drops of essential oil into 12ml of carrier oil.
