HOW TO USE

  • Diffuser:Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or all three of your Rest & Glow Trio.
  • Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
  • Shower:Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
  • Bath:Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
  • Topically:Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Women's Essential Oil Blend: Cedrus atlantica bark (Cedarwood) oil, Lavendula intermedia flower/leaf/stem (Lavendin) oil, Pelargonium graveolens leaf (Geranium) oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Cananga odorata flower (Ylang Ylang) oil.

Calm & Destress Essential Oil Blend: Citrus aurantium dulcis (Orange) oil, Citrus aurantium amara (Bitter Orange) flower oil, Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli) oil, Fusanus spicatus wood (Sandalwood) oil.

Happy Head Essential Oil Blend: Mentha piperita (Peppermint) oil, Lavendula angustofolia (Lavender) oil, Boswellia serrata (Frankincense) oil, Eucalyptus globulus (Blue Gum Eucalyptus) leaf oil.
