HOW TO USE

• Quick Fix: Inhale straight out of the bottle for a few seconds throughout the day.
• Massage:  Massage: use a 1-2% dilution. Always patch test first. May cause irritation.
• Steam treatment (face and respiratory system):  Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Use caution due to risk of burns or scalding.
• Cleaning: Add up to 40 drops in 500ml/16.9fl.oz of water in a spray bottle for a surface disinfectant.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend:

For external use only by inhalation. Adults and children 12 years and over. Use as required up to 6 times per day.

By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to the pillow or tissue and inhale.
