How to Use

Neck
Using the upper side or the top of the love heart, drag the Gua Sha up the back of your neck using a consistent and firm pressure.  When you come up to the hairline, apply pressing motions on the area which feels more tense.  Repeat this sequence a couple of times.

Side of the Neck
With the inward curved side of the Gua Sha, sweep up the side of the next starting from the collarbone up towards the jawline.  When you reach the jawline, use short, pressing motions.  Do this another time on the same side before switching to the opposite side,

Throat
Using the upper side of the Gua Sha, and with light pressure, start in between the collarbones and sweep the tool upwards, following the curve of the neck.

Jawline
With the top of the love heart, make sweeping motion across the jawline.  Start at the chin and move the tool upwards towards the ear.  Do this one more time before repeating the same motion on the other side.

Cheekbones
Using the longest side of the Gua Sha, start just above the mouth and to the side of the nose, drag the tool in an upwards motion.  Follow the contours of the cheekbones, towards the hairline and use medium pressure.  Do this two times in total before moving to the other side and repeat.

Under eyes:
Use the longest curve of the love heart to massage the under-eye area.  Place the Gua Sha flat against the inner corner of the eye and with gentle pressure sweep outwards towards the hairline.  Do this a total of two times before moving to the other side and repeat.
