USE WHEN:  Every day on their period and in between on sports days when heavy sweating can occur.  So comfy they may wish to wear them everyday!

ABSORBS: A mix of styles and colours to keep even the fussiest of teens happy so each absorbency is different.  However all will absorb between 3-6 teaspoons of fluid each or 3-4 tampons.
