The slightly sharp yet citrusy sweet scent of Bergamot essential oil soothes our upsets and allows us the space to let our troubles drift away.
Bergamot Essential Oil benefits:
Skin & Hair: Assists healing (including eczema and dermatitis), a strong antiseptic, and helps to clear acne/oily skins.
Body: Stimulates appetite, relieves indigestion and colic. Supports general wellbeing.
Mind & Emotions: Relieves anxiety, depression and nervous tension. Promotes energy flow and a positive outlook.
Blends well with: Basil, German & Roman Chamomile, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Grapefruit, Juniper, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, Petitgrain, Palamarosa, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Ylang ylang.
Directions:
Vaporiser: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to your electric or tealight vaporiser. For tealight vaporisers, add 3/4 water to the top dish before adding your essential oils.
Massage: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil into 12ml of carrier oil.
