Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Hand or Foot Bath: Add 2 drops to a bowl of water.
Spray: Add up to 20 drops to a spray bottle filled with water. Shake before use.
Cleaning: Reported to be an antiseptic and an antibacterial. It can be used in a diffuser or as a natural surface disinfectant to prevent the spread of airborne germs.
Body: Great for tired muscles or nerve and arthritic pain, makes for a valuable addition to an aromatic massage blend. The antiseptic qualities are useful in the treatment of respiratory infections.
