As with all of Planet Revive products, these are 100% plastic, chemical and nasty free. Made from 100% cotton and inside has 100% organic Australian Wheat. To cool simply put in the freezer 30-60 minute prior to use (Top tip – put in one of our wet bags to keep them clean). To heat pop in the microwave for 15 second increments until you reach the perfect temperature. Make sure you don’t overheat and put directly onto your breasts.

Care Instructions

Planet Revive breast compresses cannot be washed as they contain wheat. Always store in a container or wet bag when not in use. If they do get soiled, simply wipe with a damp cloth and allow to dry.

Planet Revive recommend placing a small cup of water in the microwave while heating to avoid the wheat to dry out.
